CGA Accountancy from Park Court at Escrick Park Estate, held a fund raising evening at the Novotel in York to raise funds for St Leonard's Hospice and raise an incredible £8,700.  

CGA colleague Karen Mustill died early this year of cancer at the age of 39. CGA therefore decided to support Karen’s chosen charity, St Leonard’s Hospice and for the next 12 months will be holding a series of fundraising activities. The Hospice provides care for people with life threatening illnesses and does not charge the patients or their families so relies almost entirely on donations.

A champagne reception started the event with a silent auction, table games and raffle throughout the evening.  A thoroughly enjoyable evening for a very worthy cause.
