The park is open all year. Please note that the park is licensed as a holiday park and cannot be used as a permanent residential home.
If you purchase a holiday home for a period of 10 years + 5 is allowed, increasing to 99 years for a lodge. Ground rents will be charged annually.
The site fees for 2006/07 are £1800 per annum for a holiday home and £2200 per annum for a lodge. Site fees are payable in advance at the beginning of the year.
Site fees will be revised each year and are likely to be in line with inflation.

A tennis court, bowling green and boules court all for the exclusive use of the owners. Some equipment is available for hire free of charge and mountain bikes, complete with pumps, helmets and full recovery service, can be hired.
