Hollicarrs Christmas Get Together...

On Thursday 12th December the Hollicarrs Team invited all the holiday home owners on the park for a Christmas get together and sing-a-long
Story Category: The Hollicarrs

Despite a very wet and cold December evening it was lovely to see so many holiday home owners getting together at Hollicarrs Christmas sing-a-long.

Live music was provided by Henry Bird. Once again, Henry proved to be extremely popular with everyone and was great entertainment.

The Marmalade girls, Vera and Teri had their stall of delicious jams, marmalades and pickles and also provide the raffle raising £149. During the evening they auctioned off a decanter of Brandy which was won by Mr Broadhead for a very generous amount of £51. All the money they raised will be donated to Martin House Children's Hospice.

The team served hot pulled pork sandwiches and mulled wine, ale and lager to the owners and asked for donations. A total of £72 was raised and will be donated to the above mentioned Hospice.

Thank you to everyone that contributed to this worthwhile cause.

The Hollicarrs team would like to thank Warburtons Bakery for donating the bread buns.
