Hollicarrs a breathtaking environment, don't just take our word for it.

An excellent service from start to finish.  Shane from Sales couldn't have been more helpful, ensuring my purchase of a lodge was as smooth as possible.  The park itself is wonderful. The office, maintenance team and all at Rideways are always efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Derek and I just want to say a big thank you to all those involved in our recent upgrade from a holiday caravan to a timber lodge.

What could of been a really stressful tense time was made so much easier by thoughtful, patient staff at Hollicarrs and Coastline Leisure. Our particular gratitude is given to Shane, who without doubt took time and care to make sure that what we were looking for was attained over and above our expectations. His polite, professional and caring manner was given to us during the whole process, from moving our old van to siting our holiday lodge with utmost care and attention.

We are now looking forward to spending time here, whenever possible, to enjoy our lodge and surroundings.

Thank you all.

"We fell in love with Hollicarrs the day we went to find a Holiday Home. How can anyone not like it. The setting is beautiful, especially now as Spring bursts into life. Everything is really well kept. We have wandered around the woods and the fishing pond, the walks around the Park are lovely. We love exploring and have found some wonderful old trees, insect hives and a bird wathcing area. When we get the chance to be outside, we often here the Woodpecker, see the many species of birds and plantlife. On arriving at the Park, we always feel like this is home.
In our opinion, there is nowhere more beautiful to own a Holiday Home.
Shane, the sales representative, was very helpful and informative. Taking us all around the Park, showing us all the Lodges that could be available in the future. Therefore helping us to make the right decision. He is a very personable young man and nothing is too much trouble for him.
We also find that Dawn and Lisa in the office are very friendly and helpful, keeping us Holiday Home Owners on our toes (in the nicest possible way). All the ground staff are friendly and always wave or stop to chat.
We find the Lodges comfortable, warm and the perfect, peaceful setting for a Holiday Home.

The first time we visited Hollicarrs we were struck by the beauty and the atmosphere - it's a perfect marriage between the bustle and culture of historic York and the serenity and nature of a woodlnd setting.
The site at Hollicarrs offers a wide variety of activiities, ranging from walking or cycling along the many nature trails (ideal for studying the wildlife or simply relaxing and enjoying the peace and quiet), to flat green bowling, boules or tennis.
We have owned a lodge here for three years now and everytime we travel down the drive the magic kicks in and we just grin from ear to ear.

" After viewing lots of sites locally, Hollicarrs was just such a beautiful/tranquil place to choose for our lodge to be sited. The staff are very friendly and helpful with the whole process from choosing which plot, to which lodge and then to prestige to look and choose everything you would like from the external look to all the internal features with a vast choice of fabrics/floorings/furniture and fittings, just brilliant.

Then to see everything come to life as your lodge makes its way onto site, this is when all those choices you've made become reality. we couldn't believe they can produce such a beautiful lodge in such a short time, what a team. We can not thank them enough and would recommend to anyone of thinking of taking the plunge, Coastline leisure, prestige and Hollicarrs are a winning combination. "

"We would like to thank Shane for his outstanding professionalism in our recent Lodge purchase at Hollicarrs, Escrick park which he dealt with from start to finish. Our new Lodge which was built on site was a remarkably smooth event and everything went like clockwork. Nothing was too much trouble and as far as we are concerned it couldn’t have been better. Thanks Shane."

We recently purchased a lodge at Hollicarrs. After considering several options during lockdown, we decided to go ahead. Shane guided us through the whole process, we visited several times before finally making the commitment. Nothing was too much trouble and he made the purchase procedure clear & straightforward. He gave us all the information we needed in a well organised & timely manner. It was clear that he follows up his sales as he knows many of the residents by name. We are delighted with our home from home lodge.
