Escrick Estate, they have helped us with our specific requirements every step of the way, especially Helen Pentith. When we first set up, we had very little experience of what was involved in renting business premises. They pointed us in the right direction to get everything set up such as rates, utility suppliers etc. They have worked with us to find the most appropriate space for our requirements and have helped with some of the costs and organisation of making the space fit for our purpose.

The big selling point of all the units is the location. Everybody that visits always comments what a beautiful setting we have and how special the views are. We were determined when setting up the business we would not be on some faceless industrial estate and have the daily chore of fighting through the traffic.
