IMC Toys
"IMC Toys moved into Bramley's Barn at Escrick in 2006 and our move to Escrick was very smooth and stress free. The team at Escrick helped to prepare the building and arrange small alterations for us very quickly and were always on hand to help with any queries we had along the way. We love the almost traffic free drive to our airy and sunny workplace here at Escrick Park and so do our clients!"
The Hay Associates Ltd

Due to a period of outstanding growth, Hay Associates, are pleased to announce the expansion and relocation of its headquarters to The Holmes in Skipwith, from January 2014 onwards.

“We are delighted to have acquired the lease of 1 The Holmes as our new head office.

The move is more than just a change of address, it is the start of a new chapter in our history. Relocating within the Escrick Park Estate is an important step in our plans, with the new office providing the space and facilities to support our growth strategy.

2013 was a highly successful year having seen us pick up several design awards and signing key clients where we now need more space for our expanding team. Our new home from 2014 will provide the right environment for our team to thrive.”

100% Proof

“Escrick Park Estate is perfectly located, our commute takes us in the opposite direction to the rush hour traffic going to and from York, away from the masses, but close enough to major roads to be accessible and in reach when needed. The accommodation is to a high standard and ideal for our needs, with peaceful and attractive surroundings, especially in the summer!”

CGA Accountants Ltd

“Moving from the City Centre to the Escrick Park Estate was one of the best moves for CGA. All of our clients and visitors comment on how easy it is to reach and park at our offices. Our team love working in the tranquil surroundings and none of them miss sitting in traffic to get to and from work. It is also great to have a Landlord who is supportive of our “green” business objectives and is happy to work with us to make our office more sustainable”

“We have currently been tenants at The Holmes at Charity Farm, Skipwith for 3 years. We are an Interior Design and architectural practise to the leisure industry, creating exciting bars restaurants and hotels.

From the date of occupation we have found the team at Escrick estates very helpful, professional and quick to respond to the few minor problems which have occurred. Our unit was very well presented and its countryside location provides a calming atmosphere which lets the creative juices flow!

Our location provides the best of both worlds as we work nationwide allowing us easy access to major road and rail networks, with the M18/M62/A64/A1 on the doorstep and both Selby and York stations only minutes away.

Finally the upkeep of the exterior landscaping / access and carparking by the estate is carried out on a continuous basis and always looks in prime condition, creating a great impression for our clients who continually comment on the great location.”

VFM Associates Ltd
VFM have had their head office at Escrick Park Estates for over 12 years and what has kept us there, apart from the beautiful location and value for money, is the quality of service and flexible approach provided by the Estate office. We always receive a swift and friendly response to any questions, queries or problems, which makes us feel valued as a tenant.

Yvonne Wormsley - Tukans Ltd

Escrick Estate, they have helped us with our specific requirements every step of the way, especially Helen Pentith. When we first set up, we had very little experience of what was involved in renting business premises. They pointed us in the right direction to get everything set up such as rates, utility suppliers etc. They have worked with us to find the most appropriate space for our requirements and have helped with some of the costs and organisation of making the space fit for our purpose.

The big selling point of all the units is the location. Everybody that visits always comments what a beautiful setting we have and how special the views are. We were determined when setting up the business we would not be on some faceless industrial estate and have the daily chore of fighting through the traffic. The Escrick Park Estates fulfilled this brief 100%.

There are not many places of work where you can look out of the window and see deer running by, woodpeckers, a selection of birds of prey we even once had a peacock knocking on our front door!!
