Due to a period of outstanding growth, Hay Associates, are pleased to announce the expansion and relocation of its headquarters to The Holmes in Skipwith, from January 2014 onwards.

Escrick Estate, they have helped us with our specific requirements every step of the way, especially Helen Pentith. When we first set up, we had very little experience of what was involved in renting business premises. They pointed us in the right direction to get everything set up such as rates, utility suppliers etc. They have worked with us to find the most appropriate space for our requirements and have helped with some of the costs and organisation of making the space fit for our purpose.

The big selling point of all the units is the location. Everybody that visits always comments what a beautiful setting we have and how special the views are. We were determined when setting up the business we would not be on some faceless industrial estate and have the daily chore of fighting through the traffic. The Escrick Park Estates fulfilled this brief 100%.

There are not many places of work where you can look out of the window and see deer running by, woodpeckers, a selection of birds of prey we even once had a peacock knocking on our front door!!
