Rideways Information

Open every day from dawn until dusk.

Book online prior to turning up on the link below.

The short 6.5 mile loop will take about 1.5 hours to complete.

You are following a Green Arrow for the cross country loop, numbered 'location point' boards will be found on the course, which you can refer to on the map for navigation help.

Day Tickets

Day ride tickets with unlimited access and use of the course from 7am to dusk.

£25 per rider

*This is increasing to £26.50 from 3rd July 2023*

Annual membership provides unlimited access from dawn to dusk.

£145 per year / per person or horse

Please note:

Dogs and walkers are not allowed on the course.
A cyclist may accompany a lone rider with permission, for a £25 fee.
Also note that stewards are patrolling the course and CCTV is in operation.

Group Rides & Pony Clubs

Group Rides and pony clubs welcome and discounts can be arranged.

The Course is ideal for Pony Clubs to use for coaching days, endurance riding, sponsored and charity rides. The Paddock area is suitable for a Gymkhana arena. Please contact 01904 728252 or email enquiries@escrick.com.

We are pleased to announce that the jumps are now open. Please use the usual precautions and check all before attempting.

Obstacle Information:
All jumps are now open for use. Please check all before attempting and ride safe. The water jump is full.

Other Information:
Open from dawn until dusk 7 days a week. Do note our contact numbers on the notice board and read full instruction for your visit. Riders who have not paid will be asked to leave the course immediately and are liable for a £50 fine! CCTV in operation.

"I have been a member for over 10 years & in that time have hacked a variety of horses, many youngsters, on our own or with others. It's fantastic to be off the roads where other road users can be so lacking in understanding of the need to slow down & generally be considerate to horses. I feel as safe as you can be out hacking so have made the most of the Rideways to get my young horses out & about without having to worry about unpredictable traffic. There are various cross country jumps, mostly 2'-3', for those that wish to jump; again very useful for starting off young horses over small obstacles."
